How and when can I get started?

To get started with HectorWare all you need is a web browser and internet connection, with that you can access the application anytime and anywhere. With no need for extra devices or programs, all you need to do is fill in the form on this webpage, to gain access to HectorWare applications immediately!

What happens after the 30-day free trial?

Before your trial expires, you will be contacted by one of our professionals on the terms of  any questions or suggestions you may have and to help you find the appropriate package for your needs. In this case all data you have entered will be saved, otherwise after the expiry of 30 days from the initial log-in, your application will lock and your data will be deleted.

What is the price of additional adjustments?

All payments and additional costs for adjustments are calculated by actual additional time spent. Our professionals take all you needs into consideration, the assessment made are made based on the required time and the confirmation of the adjustments you need.

Can the number of active users change monthly?

Yes HectorWare allows you to define the number of active users every month, through the number of active users your monthly costs are adjusted. Inactive users are temporarily blocked from HectorWare services, but their data remains in the database. Users can be re-actived at any time.

How can I cancel my HectorWare service?

At any time you can discontinue using HectorWare services without any locked in contracts. If you wish to terminate your service, please give us a one month notice. Upon termination, all your data is exported into an appropriate section, where within one month your application is deleted. A few days before termination, a consult will come into contact with you to discuss any questions and/or suggestions, if you choose to continue with HectorWare after the consultation and select an appropriate package. All data you have stored will be saved. However if you choose no longer continue with us, in 30 days from your initial logging-in, your application will be locked and your data deleted.
